Custom Knives
My custom knives began when a good friend asked if I could design, and build, a knife for his wife who had been in a car accident. She was left physically impaired on her right side, making cutting with a traditional carving knife very difficult. Holding and controlling the knife had become nearly impossible, hence, the inception of a knife that would allow her culinary creativity to flourish, as well as my own creativity to bloom into whatever a client could dream of.
