I have been a farrier for over 20 years and have collected an assortment of favorite tools. A few years ago I started making a hoof knife with a built-in hoof pick for a bunch of equine friends and over time it has turned into a popular tool for alot of farriers, hoof trimmers and veterinarians. My knives are designed to clean out the foot as well as exfoliate the sole with ease.

I offer several different knife styles all customized with a long or short handle and left or right handed. All my knives feature a super-sharp hardened steel blade and a hardwood ergonomically-shaped handle. I handcraft all my knives in my Vermont shop. I bet there is one just right for you.
